Cant delete theme

  • I have been having a big issue with a child theme and wordpress will not let me delete it so I can try reinstalling it. I have not click on the theme info box on the themes page to access the delete option

    ?? Sorry. Can you describe your problem again please?

    or maybe, If you have a theme active, try activating something else before deleting.

    Sorry, I have activated another theme, but when I click on the theme I wish to delete I don’t get the option to delete. I just don’t have any options.

    OK. Can you access via ftp and delete the theme folder there? You can also reinstall the desired copy in this way. then access the admin and reselect it.
