can’t delete this plugin

Dear creator,

For some reason I can’t seem to delete the plugin. I googled and found the same problem with a different user, however that person was able to delete it through Firefox. I used Chrome, Safari and Firefox but none of these browsers helped to remove the plugin.

The problem could lie in the following: I have used the plugin in the past with no error. Then I added a code to the plugin that caused an error. My website crashed. I had to login in recovery mode and was able to delete the plugin and get my website back to work.
I downloaded and reinstalled the plugin. I can’t get it to activate nor delete it. At this point I’d just like to delete it.
I couldn’t find the plugin through my php admin so I’m a little lost.
