Hello, I can’t create a template or use any of the default ones. When I create from scratch, the Project ID is (N/A). When I use a default one, I get this error

Can’t deploy dataset. Details: Can’t update project by ID. Details:Table ‘wp_orlandoprd.wp_mpg_projects’ doesn’t exist

  • Hi @emullins,

    Thanks for choosing MPG!

Please backup your site, make a fresh install of MPG and check if the issue persists after that.

    Thank you!

@luciamarinescu We are experiencing the same issue and error messages related to project ID and the MPG table not existing. Looking at tables, we don’t see any wp_mpg_ tables being created after plugin install and activation. Hosting is via WPEngine.

Other possible clues are console error of “Error with Permissions-Policy header: Unrecognized feature: ‘ch-ua-form-factor’.” and during plugin install, I get a console error that “The authenticity of multiple-pages-generator-by-porthas.zip could not be verified as no signature was found.”. Unsure if this is related, but wanted to call it out.

I did try uninstalling/reinstalling, but no luck on WPEngine. If I download and update the site locally, I’m able to get the plugin working as expected.

    Hi @hansoninc,

The error message “Error with Permissions-Policy header: Unrecognized feature: ‘ch-ua-form-factor’” indicates an issue with the Permissions-Policy HTTP header in your website’s response.

The “ch-ua-form-factor” is part of the Permissions-Policy specification used for controlling various browser features.

This error might be related to the security headers configuration in your web server or a security plugin in WordPress.

Please reach out to your web hosting provider (WPEngine in your case) for additional assistance. They might have specific configurations or security measures in place that could be causing these issues, and they can help you diagnose and resolve them.
