    Hi everyone,

Qtranslate is working perfectly, but it just can’t detect traditional Chinese. My theme has a Google Maps, and whenever I switch to Traditional Chinese, it displays in simplify Chinese, but it can read my mo and po in the language files. Only the Google Maps doesn’t work with Traditional Chinese. All other languages work perfectly. Any clue of what the issue is?

No, I do not have a clue. I do not think it comes from mo files, it is probably on google map side somewhere.

If you disable qtx, switch WP to Traditional Chinese (via option “Site Language” on page /wp-admin/options-general.php) and make a similar test with google map – I believe it will also show simplified Chinese. This will prove that it has nothing to do with qtx. Then you contact Google or WP to figure it out.

If I am wrong, then describe the issue providing steps to reproduce, preferably under one of the standard theme with the minimum number of active plugins, on the Support Forum.

Yes, you are right, I disabled qtx and the issue remains. it must be the theme then.
