Can't disable a black box in my theme please help?

Hello everyone, I am trying to disable a black box that started showing up today in my nivo slider after I updated my current theme. I disabled it before, but since this new update, I can’t find a way to disable it or make it dissapear. Also, is there anyway I can use my own pictures in this slider without having to create a single page per slide? Thank you all for your valuable time.
