can't disable it

Hi,

I can’t disable the plug in, I don’t need the maintenance page to be sho anymore as I need my site to go live as soon as possible. I tried to disalbe it, and I even deleted it but the maintenance page keeps showing and I can’t access see my site.

Please help as soon as possible please
