Can’t Disable Unwanted Visual portfolio Blocks

The issue appears to be related to how the plugin is registering it’s block editor scripts.

They are using enqueue_block_assets which doesn’t appear to be registering the script as needed for the Block Manager plugin.

I’ll take a look early next week to see if this is an issue I can solve in my plugin.
