Can’t dismiss “Check out for new features” in new version

Hey,

after latest plugin update everything works as it supposed to, but I keep seeing “Check out the Plugin settings for new features that can make your site load faster.” message in WP admin interface, in spite of clicking “Dismiss”. Plugin reinstallation, disabling/enabling, changing some options and saving doesn’t help – after any admin page refresh the message appears again.
Could that be bug?
