    Hi

WIth WP 5.9.1 + WooCommerce 6.2.1 + WooCommerce Admin 3.2.1 when I try to see the statistics depending on the product categories (wp-json/wc-analytics/products/categories?per_page=100&_locale=user) the data keeeps laoding but are never displayed.

In the browser console I can see the 502 error on the page :

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 ()

If I click to get more details I get :

    {“code”:”woocommerce_rest_cannot_view”,”message”:”D\u00e9sol\u00e9, vous ne pouvez pas lister les ressources.”,”data”:{“status”:401}}

    What should I do please?

    thanks

    Hi there,

A 502 error means “Bad Gateway” and points to malformatted data. Sometimes another component formats the data in a way that the REST API cannot process it. I suggest a conflict check as a first troubleshooting step.

https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-conflicts/ allows you to activate only WooCommerce, WooCommerce Admin for your IP address.

Can you load the categories then?

**Before you do that, please do make a full backup!** – one can never have too many :).

    Kind regards,

    Yes thanks a lot
it was Query Monitor that confused the stats.
    thanks again

Sweet. Thanks for posting your solution, all the best ??.

Hi, my categories keep loading, no error is displayed in the console. Disabled all plugins, changed the theme, nothing changed. Could it be the database?

    Hello @miroruse

    Thanks for your message!

To keep things organized, could you open a new thread? Please include a link to this forum and a copy of your System Status report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

You can use https://pastebin.com/ to include it and remove any sensitive detail. Or post it on your thread.

Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.
