Can’t downgrade after migrator expired

    This has happened on several of the websites I support. I had purchased the migrator plugin add-on, downloaded the the zip and installed. I no longer need the migrate option so I stopped paying for a license, but the plugin with migrator is a completely different plugin with different versioning than your free version. I’ve tried several times downgrading to the free version (so i stop getting your “you have to buy a new license to update through your site” messaging) but it hasn’t worked, it still thinks I’m using the migrator add-on version. I download the newest version of the free plugin from udraftplus.com and install it, and it still says I need to update because it thinks I am still using the migrator version even though I’ve overridden it with the newest free version. Please explain to me how to downgrade properly so that I can update manually, but only when the free version is available, not the migrator version (which I no longer have access to). Your software is making it impossible for me to have the correct version installed. It’s incredibly frustrating and any unused/old plugin opens me up to security issues.

    Hi,

    The free version should start with 1.x.x.x. You can also try to wipe out settings in the “Advance Tools” tab to restore everything to default.
