Cant download after entering emailadress

  • Hi,

    For some reason the downloading function doesnt work. I can enter an email adres and than it looks like its processing, but it stays that way. No emails are sent. If you push the send button again, it says you already downloaded it. I tried with multiple email adresses.

    How can i fix this?

    Hi Maaike,

    We tested one of your download forms. We couldn’t find any issues and we were able to download the file successfully. Has the problem already been solved?
