Can't download atachments

Hello again

the ticket system is working good just have a little ploblem about the permisions on how to download the ticket atachments..

Can you support me at where do i need to change the permisions, i mean wich folder do i need to put the “777” to allow the admin and editors to download atachments.

i have cpanel and my wordpress installation is in a subdomain like https://www.domain-name.com/support/wp-admin
