Cant Download Backup

    I’m trying to migrate my site from AWS to Cpanel. Currently I do not have access to FTP, so I’m trying the local download, however, the error message pops up “The site cannot be reached” (ERR_INVALID_RESPONSE)

    Could you kindly check if the backup file is generated in the /wp-content/webtoffee_migrations directory?
