can’t download files with file manager plugin

    Hello,

    I want to download my wordpress files to my local computer and am using the plugin “File manager” however It keeps showing me the error message “Unable to creat archive” I have noticed it has issues with the folder “wp-content”… Any suggestions what do to or how to deal with that issue?

    If your wp-content file is too large then PHP timeout error will occur.

    Try creating multiple smaller files.

    Or you can ask your hosting provider to increase the PHP execution time.
