    Hi,

    I Just purchased stage show gold but when I tried downloading the plugin from the corondeck website, and entered in my e-mail address and the transaction Id from my payment as requested a message comes up with:

    Error: Record Not Found

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Ah! It’s all to easy to lose track of where you are … there’s a link from here, but it is in fact a different website.

    Anyway, I’ve sent you a email with the download. Please contact me direct if you still having problems.

    Hi, thanks for the help, and I appreciate your promptness. I have not received any email with the download link as of yet.
    Tried using the contact form to get in touch but even this does not work.

    I’ve had three emails from you via my contact page …
    and I’ve sent two to sales[at]chamber….
    and now forwarded on to info[at]shop…

    So I’m getting emails from you, and have replied …. have you checked your SPAM emails folder etc?

    I am ever so puzzled!
    I have checked all my spam folders etc, but emails you have sent (addresses above are correct) seemed not to have arrived. I am going to try and send another email using your contact form providing you with my personal email.
    Just for your info, when I use your contact form nothing seems to happen when I hit the send button, just seems as it is working and keeps doing this until I either refresh the page or close it.
