Can’t download reviews

Sounds like Google hasn’t added the reviews to their Places API.

Make sure you have also enabled the maps api. Go to this link and start at #4.

See if you are getting any javascript erros. Right click on the page > inspect > look for the console window.

I am having the same trouble. I setup the API Key and enabled Places API and Maps Javascript and set the location and Place ID. When I click on retrieve reviews, I get error message “REQUEST_DENIED: No Google Reviews Found.” although I can see reviews when I search google. Your help is greatly appreciated and needed!

I’m not sure how there different, perhaps yours wasn’t setup correctly. Yes, you can use that one.
