can't download the backup

  • Hello!
    I do the online backup of my website, then I try to download it. But everytime a window appears and it says:

    C:\users\leela\AppData\Local\Temp\q2QulhAB.enc.part cannot be saved because it’s impossible to read the origin’s file.
    Try later or contact the administrator.

    The backup size is currently 171 mb.
    Can somebody help me? I’m going crazy…
