Can’t download the backup

Have you retried again dowloading after few mins and see if still same error?

Is that a remove backup or local backup?

I tried several times. It is the same. It is a local backup (automatically made last night).
Here it is again:

Yes, it is there. I can see it on my FTP client.

The problem have been caused by another plugin WP Live chat. Now it is gone. I simply disabled the chat on the admin pages.

I have the same problem, but don’t find the backup in the cpanel. The error reads:

My host checked and found no server errors; only a plugin problem.

It’s in the file manager, but won’t download from dashboard
