• Dear Sirs,

We are using the plugin to upload a PDF file to be downloaded after fill in a form. You can find the form and test clicking on the “Sample” button in MXQ Recycled Plastics LATAM item of MXQ Market Report section.

After the file is uploaded, the plugin points to an incorrect URL like “www/wp-content/plugins/generate-pdf-using-contact-form-7/attachments/filename.pdf”, which is obviously incorrect.

Can you help us with this?

    Thanks in advance,

    Marco Andrei

    Hello @marcoandrei

    Thank you for reaching out!

If you select “Yes,” the attachment will be saved in the “plugins/generate-pdf-using-contact-form-7/attachments” folder. If you select “No,” it will be saved in the uploads folder. Please let us know where you’d like the files to be saved.

Feel free to reach out if you have any further questions. I’m happy to assist!

    Thank you,
    ZealousWeb

    Hello! Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t work anyway. The PDF file is not downloadable from “plugins/generate-pdf-using-contact-form-7/attachments”. The file is not saved there or the plugin is not able to find it.

To what question I have to answer Yes/No to change the behaviour?

    Thanks in advance,
    Marco Andrei

Could you please provide a list of active plugins on your site? Additionally, could you create a ticket for this issue using this link ?
