Can’t download the Uploads file to my pc

Do you get any errors when download the uploads file to your computer?

Also, please try downloading the file using FTP. You can access the backup by going to ‘wp-content/updraft’ folder of your WordPress install.

The download file don’t have errors, just download few minutes later, then show errors to download.

If I need the upgrade to the premium, what is the UpdraftVault storage? If my website has the 10GB size in the future, what package do I need purchase the upgrade package?

Does the license is lifetime?
