can't drag and drop row layout

    Hello and thanks for posting!

    You should be able to drag a row layout from the row layouts tab in the content panel into the main layout. Is that not working? If not, can you try disabling all plugins and see if that helps? If so, reenable them to see which one might be causing the issue. Let me know how that goes and we can go from there.
