Can′t duplicate: error on step 1

PD: First i tried on a new hosting/domain (000webhost) and failed (the error is on the first post) then i tried on my website (kannaponica) and the same error but the files were created, and the next problem is that i cant create a new database and dont wanna use the “original”

what can i do??

Hey Dastiw,

On budget hosts it can be difficult to know what restricts are put in place that are preventing the plugin from running normally. I would contact your host provider and see if they can help you retrieve the error log. 500 errors are usually an indication that a filter or restriction has been put in place on the web server that is blocking the code from running…

Hey Dastiw,

I’m pretty sure the plugin does not work on wordpress.com as do most all of the backup/restore plugins in the www.ads-software.com repository. Most hosting providers that block the plugins have their own migration tools that you will have to use. Their support team should help point you in the right direction…
