Can’t Edit Any Order Status

Did you click Update after changing the status to on hold?

Could you send a screenshot of the order page greyed out after changing the order status? You can upload the screenshot to your site’s media library or https://snipboard.io/ then send us the link to it in your reply.

Also, could you share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

I rolled the site back to Wp 5.4.2 and here is a screenshot. The whole pages is greyed out and can’t do anything on it.

Almost Fixed.. – Fun Fact…. I did move everything to staging. I disabled ALL plugins except for Woocommerce and now I can able to get to all the edit order details pages without them going dim. I reenabled the plugings one-by one to find the one causing the issue. They all got enabled everything worked. However, since it was on staging JetPack and UPS Shipping Plugins didn’t work (as expected they needed to be on the live site to work). Once I moved everything back to product and activated Jetpack and UPS Shipping – I was AGAIN, not able to get into the edit order details pages without them going dim and locked down. After some back and forth I have determined that JETPACK is the plugin the is causing the conflict. I ONLY have it activated to be used for Automatic Tax with Woocommerce Services. Is there something else I can use for Automatic Tax Rates instead of JETPACK? I have nothing else enabled and not using Jetpack for anything but the automatic Tax Rate.
