Can’t Edit even after putting it in safe mode

Are you possibly hosting with Siteground? If so, their recent changes have caused an issue for users. The issue is Siteground’s “https enforce” feature and disabling External Links Rewrite in their new Control Panel will solve this.

ya actually i’m hosting my website on siteground ,but i’ve followed these steps and still the issue the same

If you have External Links Rewrite disabled, please also clear cache in the SG Cache plugin if you are using that, and clear your browser cache.
