Can’t edit form

I have WPForms Lite installed on a couple of sub-sites on a multisite platform.

When I try to edit a form on either of those sites, the page loads, then displays a wheel that just spins endlessly, with “Loading” below.

Yesterday, when I first noticed it, I re-installed WP 5.3.1 and it worked – I could edit the form.

Overnight, the site auto-updated to WP 5.3.2. I just tried re-installing WordPress – twice – and still get the endlessly spinning wheel.

I opened the Console to see if there were any errors, but all it says is “JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1”

Would love any ideas of things to try to fix this…
