We have several charts saved, but when we click on the pencil icon to edit the charts, it just opens up a blank white overlay.

I’ve read through some similar forum posts, but none of the listed solutions seem to work

    Hi Tyler,

Have you tried disabling all the plugins? If that doesn’t help, then please try switching to default WordPress theme just to make sure your theme isn’t the problem either. Thanks!

This doesn’t appear to have actually been resolved. I have the same problem on my site with all disabled plugins if I try to edit a chart from the visualizer library all I get is a white empty overlay. So the only way to make changes to an existing chart is to create it again.

Agreed. This issue is not resolved. As jhanten states, the only workaround I’ve found for this issue is to generate an entirely new chart — and don’t forget to make sure every small piece of customization is in place (colors, fonts, pie holes) or you’ll have to start again from scratch. Having a hard time recommending this plugin to my client with this unresolved issue, which is a pity because, otherwise, this is a pretty great plugin!
