Can’t edit homepage title button link!

Hello,

Thank you in advance for anybody willing to help me with this, your time is appreciated.

We are trying to change the link on the button on the big title (the black button) that says to message us, so instead of having a link to the #contact part, it links to our application form which is a Google Docs form.

I don’t see a way to do this from the theme settings; does pro version have this, and if not, I would REALLY, so sincerely, appreciate somebody taking a couple seconds to say how to get this done in the code. I didn’t see an answer on the support documents, either.
