Can't edit in Chrome

having a problem with WP 4.3.1 in Chrome Version 46.0.2490.86 (64-bit) – the latest

I am unable to click the save button whist editing users

It means I have re-launch the admin in Firefox every time I want to change a users info – very frustrating

I remember a while ago there was a but in chrome rendering the menu and there was a small patch that fixed that – is there a fix for this??
