Can’t Edit IP Addresses

    After upgrading to the latest version, we cannot find the area to update IP Addresses. The site lands on a page that asks for IP detection and Username. This is new.

    I think we have followed all of your instructions and they still cannot log in. The IP Detection preference is set as HTTP_Z_FORWARD_FOR.

    They are using a proxy

    Here is there URL
    https://springfieldcollege.idm.oclc.org/login?url=https://www.swimmingworldmagazine.com/issues/vault

    They set us up with a Username and Password.
    UN: swimmingworld
    PW: troubleshooting

    If you test it, when they get to the download area, it requires a password.

    We tested outside of the Proxy environment and they do not need to download.

    Please advise

    Hi,

    I tried to login with the above details and it didn’t allow to download as you said.

    Can you create a FTP account to the wp-content/plugins/ip-based-login folder and send me the login details to brijeshk89[@]gmail[dot]com ?

    I will debug further.
