Can't edit Legal Pages

  • Hi, great plugin by the way ??

    I am running into a bit of a problem when trying to edit the Legal Pages. If I edit for example the Privacy Policy page through the plugin it does not allow me to select Text mode instead of Visual mode. And if I edit some text under Visual mode when I save the settings and view it from the front end of the website the text is not formatted correctly.

    Another plugin might be interfering with wp-insert. Deactivate other plugins one by one until the visual mode starts working. If the offending plugin is important you can reactivate the same after making the necessary changes to the privacy policy in visual mode.

    Hi, thank you for getting back to me. I have carried out a test as per your instructions. This is what I have done on my testing platform.

    • I have disabled all plugins except this one = issue is still the same.
    • I have tested one of WordPress default themes Twenty Fourteen with all plugins disabled except this one = issue is still the same.
    • I have reinstalled WordPress 4.5.2 = issue is still the same.
    • I have tested this issue using two different browsers Google Chrome and Firefox = issue is still the same.

    The following is the PHP and MysQL versions running in my testing platform.

    MySQL Version : 5.6.16
    PHP Version : 5.5.9
