Can’t edit my products description?

  • Hi,

    I can see my product description in the pages but If I open an existing product, or a totally new one, I can not see or edit the product description.

  • Hello,

    The link you have attached is giving the page not found error. You have the wrong URL ( main site URL appears two times) for your site that is causing the issue. Kindly go to Dashboard > Settings > General and enter the correct URL. Also, disable/enable plugins one by one to check for a possible conflict.

    I did disable/enable plugins one by one but it didn’t help
