Can't edit or insert existing media into post

  • Just upgraded website and Add Media button, Help (!)button, Screen Options buttons are dead. Cannot edit existing Media Library files.
    Running Firefox 18.0.1. Using PaperCore theme modified to run my website. I am not a code expert, just a user trying to troubleshoot.
