• When I try to edit any page on my site, instead of being able to use the WP Bakery blocks like I could just a few minutes ago, all it shows me is the option to edit HTML.

    I did just update a bunch of my plugins (and my theme) so I’m wondering if this might be caused by a plugin conflict. (I’ve already approached my theme developer the last time this happened and they can’t offer me any help.)

    However, when I go to my plugin page, there doesn’t seem to be an option to delete or deactivate any of my plugins, except for disabling them all at once. I believe this is because I have multisites set up. There used to be an option where I could alter the plugins for all my multisites at once, but now that option is not there, since updating WP.

    How can I either turn off my plugins one by one to see which is the culprit, and/or delete the inactive ones? Would inactive plugins even be able to interfere with this kind of functionality?

    Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://support.wpbakery.com/

    Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    Unfortunately the support for this theme is abysmal. Even though I pay extra for their support, I have been trying to get help with this issue for weeks (and am literally unable to edit anything on my site without this help), and they are completely unresponsive.

    The only thing I can think of is perhaps there is a conflicting plugin that is affecting the WPBakery part of this theme that is supposed to allow the content to show up as blocks. However, when I go to my plugins to disable them all and turn them back on one-by-one, the only ones that are editable are the ones that are NOT activated.

    For all the activated plugins, it just says “Network only” beneath it, not the option to Disable.

    Is this because of my multi-site? I used to be able to go into what felt like a master dashboard to tweak the plugins that were installed across the multisite, but now that no longer seems to be an option.
