Can’t edit page when using “Contact Form block”

    I’ve got a problem across several sites that I manage
    When I edit a page that is using the “Contact Form 7” block I get one of two errors
    Error 1. Block displays the error message “This block has encountered a problem and cannot be previewed”
    Error 2. The page is totally blank
    The form displays fine on the front end.
    If I change to use a shortcode, I can edit the page properly.
    I’ve tried disabling all plugins and then just enabling Contact Form 7 and the problem re-appears, so it’s not a plugin conflict. I’ve also switched to the Twenty Twenty-Two theme and the issue remains.
