Can’t edit parts of my homepage

I installed the nutrigen wordpress theme. I’ve reached out to the company itself, but they are really slow with getting back to me ??

Does anyone know how to change what the 3 boxes of text/images show right under the banner (nutrigen 1, 2 & 3)? I see where the images are coming from but even when I remove one, it still shows up, so not sure what that refers to. Additionally, I have no idea where that text is coming from.
