Can't edit playlist in dashboard

  • I have two nearly identical sites running Cue. Same version of Cue, same version of WP, same plugin loadout, just some CSS differences.

    Cue works fine on one of those but doesn’t load the dashboard playlist editor on the other. When you click on Playlists and Edit, it simply displays the title and not the drag-and-drop interface.

    These are both running on the same host, so it’s not a PHP issue. Any ideas?

  • I just downloaded the plug-in and have the same issue. Plug-in installed fine. Created a playlist but there is no way to add audio files to the playlist.

    Any ideas on how to make it work?

    It sounds like another plugin is probably throwing a JavaScript error that’s preventing Cue from working. Your best bet is to deactivate all other plugins to see if that fixes the issue, then reactivate them one by one until you figure out which one is causing the error.
