Can′t edit posts – blank page

  • Hi all,

    Running latest version of free plugin.

    I am experimenting with the plugin to learn how to handle it and I have done something that now prevents me from editing certain posts.

    I have discovered that the posts that I cannot edit (it shows me a blank page) are the ones shown in the list:

    Multi Rating> Ratings> Results> Overall Rating> NAN / 5 (10)

    The posts that show NAN / X (X) cannot be edited.

    The posts that show X / X (X) if I can edit them.

    Any suggestions to solve this problem?

    Hi,

    Not sure how this has happened. Can you lease try going to the plugin tools and clearing calculated ratings. Can you confirm disabling the plugin allows you to edit the post again?

    OK, I have Deleted all post/pages Calculated Ratings.

    Yes, If I disable Multi rating plugin, I can edit posts that before can′t do it.

    After deleted calculated ratings, still same problem.

    NOTE: After deleted calculated ratings, all posts shows “NAN” word in ratings:

    example: NAN/5 (5)

    Note: Now I can not rate any article.
    When I click on “rate article”, he thinks and does not assign the rating.

    NOTE: After deleted calculated ratings, if I create a new post, then shows right rating: 5/5 (1) and It could be rated.

    But still same problem with old posts.

    Some idea to solve it?
