Can't edit posts/pages since 3.9 update

  • Just installed 3.9 update and now can’t edit pages or posts. There’s just a blank box where there should be text, images and/or HTML. When I click in the textbox it disappears.

    I am running Windows 7 and using Chrome. I tried on IE as well with the same result.

    we released Zedity 3.1.1 earlier today. Please make sure to update Zedity to the latest version, which includes the compatibility support for WP 3.9.

    Issues with WPML on my dev site but WPML team was kind enough to release
    WPML 3.1.5b2 with WordPress 3.9 Support patch on their site which fixed all my issues with my WP.

    Hi folks,

    I can confirm that having installed version 3.1.1 of the Zedity plug-in I can edit posts and pages with WordPress 3.9. All is good now. Thanks to the good folks at Zedity. Hoping that colleagues get your other issues sorted just as quickly.

    Is this is a customized version of my plugin (Orbisius Child Theme Creator) ?

    No matter if there is a fix or not! Even though I’ve tried all possible tricks, and still shortcodes do not work and bunch other stuff! I think WP being so huge and important for some people who make their living with WP, they have to make sure to FIX all this issues! None of you should go over this STRESS. I still want to thank WP for the IDEA and hard work they put into to make us happy! Now LET’s hope that WP will look into releasing new FIX. Good luck all!
