Cant edit product data when adding new product

  • ever since this new update for woocommerce it’s been so bad.. so many bugs and stuff. When i’m trying to add a new product or edit i cant open the tab ‘product data’.

    Are you still experiencing the same issue after deactivating all of your plugins (except WooCommerce) and switching to the default Twenty Sixteen theme?

    It works after I deactivating all plugins expect woocommerce and switched themes, so how do i find out which plugin causes the issue?

    the fact that nobody from support wants to help me is the worst part. ever since the big update the support and woocommerce has been so horrible.. makes me think just to switch to shopify smh

    I’m having the same problem. I can update the product description but can’t alter most product data. Strangely, I can edit the price, which is the displayed in the product list, but within the product data it keeps displayed with 0. Furthermore I can’t edit the free trial settings, it’s always 14 days. There’s other data I can edit, but most I can’t. Doesn’t make any sense to me.

    I’m on WordPress 4.8 with WooCommerce and Subscriptions, everything up to date. Deactivating plugins didn’t change anything, switching themes neither.

    Any advice?
