Can’t edit product fields in woocommerce

Decided yesterday to install woocommerce plugin on my 2017 theme wordpress blog, figured it would be relatively simple to us. However, I have been completely unable to edit product data (inventory, shipping), whenever I click it simply goes blank. I have searched the forums for information on this issue and many resolved it be deactivating plugins. I tested my plugins by deactivating every single one except for woocommerce, and the issue continued, I then tried a different theme and still had the issue. I am using the newest version of wc 3.1.2, and all plugins/theme have been updated, deleted cache as well. If anyone has any ideas it would be enormously appreciated!
