Can’t edit shop text

    So, I am VERY new to editing my wordpress site. A while back I was able to put on my shop page a header that says, “New Blog Coming Soon.” The shop page is also set to be my home page.

    Now, I can’t figure out how to remove it. When I click, “edit page,” there is no text to edit. Only an icon that says, “edit with elementor.” When I click that, it says, “the preview could not be loaded. Click here for preview debug.” I have tried the debugging options, but I still can’t get it to work.

    I have no idea how I got that text on the page and I need to get it off! Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hello @steepinthewoods ,

    The issue you are facing is caused becaused the Shop and Posts page cannot be directly edited using Elementor or any other builder as the contents are generated dynamically.

    You might have edited the page before it was set as Shop/Posts page.

    If you are an Elementor Pro user, you can open a support ticket at my.elementor.com I’d also suggest you check out our Elementor Community forum, we have created it to connect Elementor users together and share knowledge, my.elementor.com. www.ads-software.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
