I’ve cloned a WordPress site to update the design (and have classic widgets installed).

The contents of the custom sidebars are not showing up. Each of the widgets exists, but if I click to edit, nothing is there.

I tried to independently export from the old site and import into the new site, but that didn’t help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Did you try manually creating instead of importing?

I’m not sure why this is showing as resolved.

I tried to edit them manually, but the changes don’t show.

I tried to create a new one and assign it to a page, but the sidebar doesn’t change.

Overall, I’d really like to get this to work again without having to rebuild everything since there are many sidebars assigned to many, many pages.

    Thanks.

It’s difficult to give any actionable advice. It’s probably a conflict with some other plugin. I do understand it’s cloned and that it worked on the other site but I’d still try disabling other plugins and then giving it a go.
