    hi, i tried so many times, yet i can’t change the message defult.
    Hi *{SITE}*! I need more info about {TITLE} {URL}
    i edited, deleted…nothing has changed.
    what can i do?

    Hi,

    Ensure if your site has some cache plugin (or your hosting) to clear cache.

    Also ensure you don’t have defined in your post/page a custom message for Joinchat that are overriding global settings.
