We haven’t released any new plugin updates, so if the plugin has been working well, we suspect the plugin is conflicting with another change you made to your website, like another plugin update, code update or theme update.
Our first recommendation is review and revert any changes you made prior to the edit function no longer working.
Second using the inspect option for the developer console functionality in the browser, check for any developer console errors occurring on the page.
Next, we’d encourage you to perform plugin/theme conflict testing to better understand and identify if a conflict is occurring, here is information about that testing: https://www.bizswoop.com/plugin-theme-conflict-test/
Deactivate all plugins, except WooCommerce and Product Add-ons plugins. Now try to edit existing groups. If this works, one-by-one active a new plugin until the issue occurs again to identify the conflict.
If you can identify the conflict, please report it to us for review.
If the issue continues, we’d need the following information to continue troubleshooting the issue.
– Video showing the edit behavior not functioning
– WooCommerce System Error Logs. Go to WooCommerce, Status, Logs. Send us any logs with zaddons referenced
– WooCommerce System Report. Go to WooCommerce, Status, Get System Report
You can reopen the support forum post and send the information to us, or report to us directly at bizswoop.com/support
