Whenever I try to edit and update user roles, the name of the user role disappears and is removed from any user that had that role as the one before. I am running the latest version of both the plugin and WordPress.

    Hi @moruku,

This issue can be caused by the conflicts with your theme or one of your plugins.
Please do a quick conflict test and see if this issue goes away.
Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.

    Regards.

Well, I tried disabling all the plugins (except for UM) and editing the Member role. I want the users with that role to auto be redirected to the home page instead of the user page. But same issue when I saved the role after editing: name of role disappeared and was removed from any user that had that role.

Note, I am using the multisite feature of WP, and the site I am having this issue with is the subsite. I haven’t tested it on the main site, don’t want to mess up the main site and have to restore backups. Tired of having to restore backups for the problems this plugin has been causing.

The latest update fixed the issue with user roles disappearing after being edited on subsites. So that’s one thing down. There’s still a big issue I’m facing but I’ll open a new ticket for that.
