Hi, after installing W3 Total Cache plugin, I can’t edit any woocommerce product.
On WP Admin I do see the list of products but once I try to access to modify it, I get an error message:

    “This page isn’t working
https://www.ihome.am is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500”

Once I uninstall the W3 Total Cache plugin, the products change works again fine.

Anyone knows how to solve this issue ?

    Thanks
    Sem

    Hello @semyonhovhannisyan

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Have you tried disabling the W3TC settings one by one in Performance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache after each setting is disabled, and see which one might be causing this?
    Thanks!

    Hi Marko,
Just tried that – I disabled one by one settings and tested, nothing helped.
During the tests I received an email from WP saying that “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin causes a fatal error on my side with the link of product change page.
I disabled Facebook for WooCommerce plugin and product change works with W3TC enabled.

Seems there is a compatibility issue between W3TC and Facebook for WooCommerce plugins. I have to disable one of the plugins to be able to modify a product.

    Hello @semyonhovhannisyan

    Thank you for the info.
Since the mentioned plugin causes an error message, you should reach out to their support for assiance. Until then, keep that plugin disabled.
    Thanks!

Well, it’s not obvious which plugin is really “responsible” for the problem.
If I disable W3TC, this resolves the problem too.
The point is that those 2 plugins do not work together and for those who need facebook syncro on their products, W3TC doesn’t work.
I’ll reach Facebook for Woocommerce community too, but I already suspect that their advise would be to disable W3TC.

The problem is not resolved … these 2 plugins cause a problem.

    Hello @semyonhovhannisyan

    Thanks for the info.
Yes in your case there is a problem with the compatibility. However, this is the first reported issue of this kind so it’s not a common thing.
You disabled W3TC settings one by one and none of them made any difference.

I received an email from WP saying that “Facebook for WooCommerce” plugin causes a fatal error on my side with the link of the product change page

    .
This indicates that the issue is with the other plugin you are using.
So with the debugging, we found out that none of the specific settings is causing the issue but the core existence of W3TC on your website along with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin
    Thanks!
