Can’t embed Facebook video

Hi,
When embedding Facebook video URL via Facebook URL block it says “Sorry, this content could not be embedded.”
But when I add this video using via Custom HTML block via iframe code – it works
WP-5.2 (clean database)
all plugins deactivatedPlease advise

Is this happening for a specific Facebook video format? I tested with a sample video (https://www.facebook.com/9gag/videos/292341225035849/) and it seems to work fine.
I am using Gutenberg 5.7.0-rc-1 on a Pressable site, with Google Chrome Version 74.0.3729.131 (Official Build) (64-bit) on macOS 10.14.4 – Mac OS Mojave.
