I have a huge number of text articles that I want to add to my website. I don’t want to paste the text directly in the posts, to avoid bloating the database.
I tried adding the text to an html file, upload the file to my server, then embedding the url using the “Embed URL” block like this https://coptic-treasures.com/html-test-filed/02.html, but I get this message “Sorry, we could not embed that content.”. the html file I created for testing is: here.

can you please advise how to embed html pages using the Gutenberg “Embed URL” option?
    thanks

    Hi,

What you are trying to do isn’t possible using the Embed option, embeds rely on server-side code to generate output.

For just including a HTML file, you need to manually add an iframe using something like the Custom HTML block.
