    Hello,

    it is not possible to enable the GPDR modus.

    Error message is:

    A folder for storing resized images was not successfully created.
    Tables used for storing information about resized images were not successfully created.
    An image editor is not available on your server. Instagram Feed is unable to create local resized images. See this FAQ for more information

    But:

    * The folder is created
    * Tables are created as well
    * Imagick is availabe too

    So what can be the problem?

    Thanks

    Hey @adrian2k7,

    Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. We are currently investigating and fixing a few instances where all the features work correctly, but the error message still appears. If everything seems to be working correctly but the plugin doesn’t want to remove the error message with the ‘retry’ button, please simply leave it on Auto and wait for the next update where we will address this situation. Thank you for your patience.

    If you have any other issues in the meantime don’t hesitate to let us know.

    Best regards.

    Hallo Joel,

    Thank you for the latest version. Unfortunately it still not works.

    The error left is:

    An image editor is not available on your server. Instagram Feed is unable to create local resized images.

    Is there a way I can help with debugging this problem?

    Greets,

    Adrian

    Hey @adrian2k7,

    Sorry to hear you are still having issues here – just to make sure, did you attempt using the retry button in this case?

    Either way, you are very welcome to send us a support request on our website here, making sure to include the System Info from the plugin under Instagram Feed > Support. This will help us further troubleshoot any issues on the site, and we’ll get back to you as fast as possible.

    Many thanks.
