Can't enable HackRepair banned list

I am attempting to enable the HackRepair banned list via this plug-in, but when I click to enable the default banned list and save the page, the box is no longer clicked. Is this a plug-in conflict or something else? WP 3.8.1, Better WP Security Version 3.6.3. Anyone else having this issue?
